Remote Technical Product Owner

Summary

The role involves gathering customer needs, creating product vision, managing the product backlog, working closely with cross-functional teams, and monitoring product performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development and design
• Proven experience in gathering and analyzing customer needs and translating them into product requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering customer value
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage requirements
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and business goals
• Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is properly prioritized and aligned with the product vision
• Work closely with the development team to refine requirements, define user stories, and provide clarity on product features and functionality
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
• Ensure that the development team understands and delivers on the product vision and goals
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
• Coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure that the product meets the defined acceptance criteria and quality standards
• Manage and communicate product releases, including release planning and coordinating with stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and drive product enhancements
