Requirements
- Experience as a technical Product Owner
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, a Cloud hyperscaler like AWS, Azure, or GCP and DevOps principles
- Experience with process automation including tools like bash, Python, ArgoWF, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying complex technical concepts in fluent English
- Skilled in managing and balancing stakeholder expectations and priorities
- Team player with a focus on quality, maintainability, and automation
Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership from breaking down product requirements to running and observing the results in production
- Work with Product stakeholders and your team to break complex requirements into concrete work items and ensure smooth and sustainable execution
- Define user stories in collaboration with your development team and prioritize the backlog
- Balance stakeholder perspectives by acting as the team’s gatekeeper and considering various inputs
- Challenge and understand requirements by diving deep into customer pain points to grasp the “What” and “Why” behind them
- Ensure transparency by making progress on backlog items visible and conducting thorough reviews for each sprint iteration
- Make sure that our functional and non-functional requirements are defined and met
- Depending on your background and motivations, spend some of your time implementing features like every other Cloud Engineer in the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Infrastructure Automation tooling (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, etc.)
- Experience with cloud-native tools like ArgoWF, ArgoCD and Crossplane
