Technical Product Owner for Developer Experience

Summary

Join our team as a Technical Product Owner of Developer Experience and be responsible for enhancing and optimizing the developer journey and usability of our platforms and tools. This role demands close collaboration with software engineering, platform teams, and support teams to ensure our products effectively meet developers' technical and operational needs. You will leverage your product management expertise, strong technical background, and excellent communication skills to analyze user feedback, make data-driven product decisions, and manage developer tools and platforms. Experience with agile methodologies and a background in software development or engineering are essential. Familiarity with UX design principles for developer tools, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and SAFe is also required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in technology or developer-focused products
• Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes and technologies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and engaging with technical users
• Ability to analyze user feedback and data to make informed product decisions
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience in managing developer tools or platforms
• A background in software development or engineering
