Technical Program Manager

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in program management, project management, or product management, with a proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects
• 2+ years of hands-on technology administration experience, with an understanding of IT systems and tools (MDM, Okta, Kandji, Email Suit, Chat software, etc)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience driving complex projects and ensuring system hygiene and data integrity
• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on optimizing technical processes
• In-depth understanding of SaaS business operations, best practices, and industry standards
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously improve the company’s technical stack, optimizing systems, tools, and processes to align with business objectives
• Develop and implement strategies to support business growth, ensuring timely and efficient execution of IT initiatives
• Lead and manage critical project deliverables, including system administration, software enhancements, data migrations, and process optimizations
• Partner with IT leaders, technical teams, and program managers across departments to identify and implement scalable tools and solutions that support organizational growth
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, ensuring data integrity and system performance
• Provide clear communication of technical requirements and project updates to stakeholders at all levels
