Summary

Join Cologix as a Technical Program Management Lead and drive excellence in service delivery for our customers. You will be the primary interface between the company and key clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the service lifecycle. This role requires coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality services on schedule and within budget. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively identify risks, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional communication and leadership skills. This position offers a competitive benefits package and a salary range of $100,000-$130,000 USD.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of technical project management, construction or service delivery preferably in the data center, IT services, or infrastructure sectors
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors
  • Strong understanding of data center services, infrastructure, and delivery processes
  • Exceptional customer communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and manage expectations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on delivering results

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact with the customer for specific deployments ensuring consistent verbal and written communication and alignment with their expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (construction, design, operations, sales), 3rd party vendors and the customer to deliver high-quality services on schedule and within budget
  • Lead end-to-end project management for customer service delivery, including planning, execution, customer fit-out and close-out phases
  • Ensure that all customer changes are assessed for cost and schedule impact including seeking appropriate approvals as required
  • Ensure that all customer changes are recorded, tracked, approved and progressed
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Continuously monitor project performance, providing updates to customers and internal stakeholders through regular status reports
  • Ensure all deliverables meet customer requirements
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and driving opportunities for future engagements
  • Develop and refine processes to optimize service delivery and improve operational efficiency
  • Support and mentor junior project management staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project management tools preferred (e.g., MS Project or similar)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawing/electrical one-line diagrams is an added benefit
  • Experience interpreting customer contracts is an added benefit
