You will design and implement a knowledge management framework, create a centralized knowledge hub, and oversee IT projects. Requirements
- Proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments with rapidly shifting demands
- Strong background in managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion
- Hands-on experience with knowledge management platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Notion, Google Workspace)
- Exceptional program management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to simplify complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions
- Excellent communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for diverse audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
- Ability to prioritize effectively, balancing competing deadlines and multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a knowledge management framework to organize, store, and control access to company information
- Create and maintain a centralized knowledge hub, ensuring ease of access for internal teams and capturing new knowledge
- Lead key strategic initiatives for the Enterprise Engineering team, collaborating cross-functionally to develop solutions and implementation plans
- Work with cross-functional partners to identify needs, engage subject matter experts, and align solutions with operational goals
- Develop a strong technical understanding of Vantaβs work to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Identify and implement opportunities for process and user experience improvements
- Provide structure and clarity to complex, ambiguous problems, aligning them with specific goals
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
- Oversee change management for new tools, including adoption and training
