Join Dark Wolf Solutions as a Technical Program Manager to lead technical support for a large IT program. You will manage a team of 30+ personnel, overseeing the development and implementation of an agile IT infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy. This role requires blending commercial strategy, federal landscape knowledge, and PMO support with advanced technical capabilities. Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing projects and/or leading technical teams
- Project Management Professional Certification(s)
- Previous experience working with and leading teams of cybersecurity and platform engineers
- Knowledge and understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the Assessment and Authorization process
- Familiarity with offensive and defensive cybersecurity, SIEMs, and cybersecurity software tools
- Ability to articulate FISMA, FedRAMP levels, and DoD Impact Levels
- Strong customer service, written, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the broader IT industry
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and promote a teamwork mentality
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with experience guiding others in these areas
- Strong sense of personal accountability in decision-making and supervising department teams
- BA/BS degree in a technical or business field
- US Citizenship and eligibility for a Secret security clearance or higher level clearance
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 30+ personnel to assist the agency in the development and implementation of an innovative, executable, agile strategy to deploy IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services and solutions
- Lead personnel within the following disciplines: Offensive and defensive cybersecurity, DevOps engineering, A&A process guidance, and strategic communication
- Interact with all stakeholders on the program, including engineers, developers, other vendors/contractors, security, and executive level sponsors
- Assist with management of subcontractor relationships and documentation, including approving invoices, coordinating NDA and subcontract documentation, reviewing Monthly Status Reports, and monitoring budgets
- Manage and produce client deliverables in support of cybersecurity services
- Update and maintain project management artifacts, such as risk registers, budgets, and staffing plans
- Demonstrate creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats, addressing client needs, and contributing to the development of a business vision while managing implementation efforts
- Manage project planning, both tactically and strategically, to grow the program
- Travel to additional program sites across the country as required (less than 20%)
- Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards for scheduled projects
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel, ensuring progress towards established milestones
- Hold regular technical team meetings to address questions or challenges regarding projects
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members on specific projects or initiatives
- Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options, conducting cost/benefit analysis for large purchases on behalf of the company
- Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the programโs scope

- Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior Air Force leaders and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience
- Demonstrated experience in contract management and proactive identification of potential risks or challenges

- Knowledge and understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and typical tools in a pipeline including SAST/DAST, dependency checkers, unit testing frameworks, and code quality checkers
- Deep understanding of cloud environments from major cloud service providers, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience working in a Big Four company environment is a plus
