Requirements

  • BS/MS in Software Engineering or related field (equivalent experience is welcome)
  • Strong technical foundation with a solid understanding of engineering fundamentals, with or without a traditional path
  • Thriving in diverse teams and building relationships across teams with varying backgrounds
  • Problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and find innovative solutions
  • Optimistic and fun-loving attitude in the workplace
  • Passionate about making a difference through science and technology
  • 1 to 3 years of Experience in EPM/TPM or naturally born to organise and Project Manage things in your life

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans
  • Track progress and identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
  • Be adept at identifying and resolving technical challenges to ensure projects stay on track
  • Grow the TPM function within the company, advocating for its value and promoting its growth
  • Shaping the organisation using your influence to challenge the status quo, drive innovation, and help steer the company towards even greater success
