Technical Project Manager, Remote - United States of Uruguay

Summary

Requirements

• Experience in project management with IT product-related deliverables
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g.: Scrum, Kanban, or other), Scrum Master certification or relevant certifications are a plus
• Proficiency in conveying complex ideas and technical information in a clear and concise manner
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office and or Jira/Confluence are a must
• Ability to work independently
• Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and environments
• Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must!

Responsibilities

• Developing required project plans including detailed timelines, resource allocations, milestones, forecasts, and status reports
• Communicating with technical team members to contribute to technical discussions
• Proactively solving problems and initiating necessary collaboration within the teams (anticipate, identify and actively resolve issues)
• Overseeing the overall quality of project delivery, ongoing performance and ensuring client satisfaction is fully met
• Assisting with meeting coordination and facilitation for cross-functional teams as required for each project

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge in risk management, stakeholder management, and change management is a plus
