Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management , ideally in complex infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE-related domains
• Technical background (e.g., software development, systems engineering, or cloud architecture)
• Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent tech projects with cross-functional teams
• Excellent risk and dependency management skills ; ability to foresee blockers and proactively resolve them
• Experience in using tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills ; ability to translate technical complexity into business context
• Experience managing change control and scope negotiation in agile environments
• Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality project documentation and stakeholder updates

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete multiple technology projects within scope, timeline, and budget
• Oversee project tracking, team coordination, and delivery of engineering and infrastructure initiatives
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies; act proactively to resolve blockers and resource contentions
• Lead stakeholder communication by providing transparent and structured updates on objectives, timelines, risks, and critical issues
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment of priorities
• Manage and document changes in project scope, schedule, and budget using standardized change control practices
• Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation (plans, risks, decisions, retrospectives)
• Champion continuous improvement in project execution, workflow, and communication processes within the tech organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SRE / DevOps practices, incident management, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Experience working in scale-up or high-growth fintech or trading platforms
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, Kanban
• Experience managing projects in regulated environments (e.g., financial services)
