Requirements
- 10 to 14 years of overall experience
- Background in Software Programming and Agile methodologies
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior TPM in organizing and coordinating tasks to manage ongoing projects
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies with project teams and maintain regular touchpoints with internal stakeholders and clients to provide clear status updates
- Coordinate effectively with Engineering, Product, and Program Teams, communicating actions and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Keep project documentation updated in Project Management Tools
- Create and update relevant reports to support the Senior TPM
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, arriving at resolutions through consensus and escalating when necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with global teams
- Experience in documenting process workflows
- Scrum Master or other Project Management certification
- Proficiency in task and activity planning tools like Excel or Google Sheets
- Passion for suggesting innovative changes and process improvements
- Professional demeanor with polished interpersonal skills
