Technical Project Manager

Requirements

• 10 to 14 years of overall experience
• Background in Software Programming and Agile methodologies
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior TPM in organizing and coordinating tasks to manage ongoing projects
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies with project teams and maintain regular touchpoints with internal stakeholders and clients to provide clear status updates
• Coordinate effectively with Engineering, Product, and Program Teams, communicating actions and ensuring timely follow-ups
• Keep project documentation updated in Project Management Tools
• Create and update relevant reports to support the Senior TPM
• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, arriving at resolutions through consensus and escalating when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with global teams
• Experience in documenting process workflows
• Scrum Master or other Project Management certification
• Proficiency in task and activity planning tools like Excel or Google Sheets
• Passion for suggesting innovative changes and process improvements
• Professional demeanor with polished interpersonal skills
