Summary

Join GoDaddy's Global Messaging Routing department as an experienced Technical Project Manager. You will lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing messaging routing solutions (SMS, RCS, FOS Chat). Responsibilities include managing partner expectations, monitoring system performance, collaborating with engineers on technical requirements, translating user feedback into specifications, and identifying bottlenecks in the messaging experience. You will also stay current with messaging technology trends. This is a remote position based in Colombia with occasional office visits. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer Care Center work, specifically experience with Asynchronous (Chat, SMS, Email, Whatsapp) customer facing communication related roles
  • 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional business partners like Business Analytics teams, Engineering teams, or other enablement-based partners
  • Experience with Jira work management for projects

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams in designing and implementing messaging routing solutions (SMS, RCS, FOS Chat), developing project plans, and managing partner expectations while communicating project status to leadership
  • Monitor system performance, implement improvements for enhanced message delivery efficiency, and troubleshoot issues related to message routing, latency, and delivery failures
  • Collaborate with engineers to define technical requirements and architecture for routing systems, while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and security requirements
  • Translate user feedback and business requirements into detailed technical specifications, and analyze messaging tool performance metrics and user behavior to inform product decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the messaging experience, and prioritize features and improvements based on customer impact, technical complexity, and business goals
  • Stay current with messaging technology trends and the competitive landscape, while managing business unit expectations and communicating product changes effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Live Engage or Amazon Connect software
