Requirements

  • Proven track record in project management within technology-driven and e-commerce environments, delivering high-impact initiatives on time and within scope
  • Expertise in defining, structuring, and managing project requirements, development phases, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, effectively managing team boards for tracking progress, prioritization, and transparent reporting
  • Demonstrated curiosity, proactive problem-solving mindset, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in dynamic environments
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to international teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple tech projects, from shaping business requirements to deployment and post-launch monitoring, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Partner with business stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, translate them into clear, actionable specifications, and facilitate seamless execution
  • Optimize teams workflows, managing boards to track progress, prioritize tasks, and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive the successful delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives, aligning execution with the company roadmap, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely completion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, fostering strong communication, anticipating challenges, and proactively resolving roadblocks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and processes to ensure quality and performance post-deployment
  • Previous experience with the use of back office systems
