Requirements
- Be a strong public speaker
- Possess strong writing skills to lead on proposals and new client presentations
- Have experience in performing risk management
- Be able to facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders
- Have knowledge in Networks, SCADA, Cyber Security, and electrical substations
- Have experience working in Project Management capacity in the Electric Utility, Operational Technology, or Information Technology industry
- Be willing to meet with clients on site regularly
Responsibilities
- Understand hardware and software systems and other relevant technologies used to monitor, control, and manage the physical processes involved in generating, transmitting, and distributing electricity such as: Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Instrument Control Systems (ICS), Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of OT projects ensuring they align with client business objectives and technical requirements
- Be responsible and accountable for overall project performance for projects, subprojects, processes, operational technology and organizational initiatives
- Ensure project costs, schedule and scope are managed, including the development of recovery plans, to stay within approved limits
- Interface with external and internal stakeholders to coordinate project requirements
- Be the primary communicator with the client and key stakeholders on project issues, including executive level and interdepartmental presentations
- Oversee quality assurance and ensure scope and deliverables to clients are met
- Coach and lead team members to ensure completion of assigned tasks
- Identify project resource needs and collaborate with resource managers on work assignments
- Ensure project team members understand their respective responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and understanding their needs
- Identify growth opportunities with the account and develop strategies to achieve account objectives and financial goals for Albrecht
- Address and resolve client complaints and issues promptly and effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Have a Bachelorβs degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering
- Have supervision experience
