Summary

A leading digital solutions provider seeks a Technical Project Manager to oversee client projects, manage client relationships, and demonstrate technical expertise in a fast-paced environment. The role is fully remote with specified working hours.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of proven experience in project management and client services, with a strong technical background
• High level of emotional intelligence and strong client interaction skills, with experience in account management
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from kickoff to delivery, including facilitating meetings, tracking billable hours, and managing deadlines
• Comfortable working in fast-moving and dynamic environments
• Understanding of the full project process, from branding and digital design to engineering execution and delivery. Experience with GitHub, Jira, agile sprint planning, and breakout demos is a plus
• Proficiency in project management and resource planning tools
• Native command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively, ensuring timely completion

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from kickoff to delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a strong client-facing presence, facilitating kickoff meetings, client meetings, and the fact-finding/research process to gather project requirements and ensure client satisfaction
• Manage client relationships, track billable hours, and ensure clear communication and alignment with client expectations
• Track project deadlines, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of all project components
• Thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing project needs and priorities
• Utilize a strong understanding of the technical process, including GitHub, Jira, agile sprint planning, breakout demos, and more
• Leverage project management and resource planning tools to effectively manage resources, timelines, and project progress
