Summary

Join a rapidly growing Home Services company as a Technical Project Manager, leading technology project teams to ensure successful delivery and deployment of projects. This role requires strategic planning, execution management, communication, and resource allocation skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role in a PM or PMO leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience working with a decentralized business units & willingness to travel up to 25% are required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Office 365 and/or related tools

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate resources, including team members, tools, and budgets
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance
  • Communication Management: Establish clear communication channels and ensure consistent, timely, and transparent communication
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee project quality by implementing standards, conducting reviews, and ensuring deliverables meet the required specifications
  • Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, manage the budget, and ensure that the project remains within financial constraints
  • Project Tracking and Reporting: Track project progress against the plan, manage deviations, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
  • Change Management: Manage and control project scope changes
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors or partners, ensuring their deliverables align with project timelines and quality standards
  • Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project reviews to assess project performance, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future projects
  • Technology Steering Committee: develop materials to report out project status of key initiatives to the TSC. Participate in the meeting from time to time & present updates on strategic projects

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in Project Management, Change Management or CM&AA a plus

Benefits

$90,000 - $100,000 a year
