Technical Project Manager

Summary

Join RSI Security as a Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee cybersecurity projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and act as the main point of contact for clients. This full-time, exempt position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3-5+ years of experience in technical project management, and relevant certifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in technical project management

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of cybersecurity and risk management projects
• Work with internal teams and external clients to define project objectives, deliverables, and security requirements
• Manage project schedules, resources, and tasks using project management methodologies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute projects aligned with security best practices
• Ensure projects comply with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations
• Identify potential security risks and collaborate with technical teams to develop mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project status updates and risk assessments to internal stakeholders and external clients
• Act as the main point of contact for client engagements, addressing their cybersecurity needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Cybersecurity or Information Security experience a plus
• Certifications (preferred): PMP, CISM, CISSP, or similar project management and security certifications
