Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a technical or software environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills—especially in a remote, async-first setup
• Comfortable managing a technical team (developers, researchers, data teams) even without a coding background
• Detail-oriented but flexible: able to adjust to changing priorities, urgent issues, and fast-moving timelines
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Responsibilities

• Drive Communication Across Teams: Ensure developers, anti-scraping researchers, and client-facing teams stay aligned
• Own Project Delivery: Keep roadmaps up to date, unblock bottlenecks, and keep priorities visible and clear
• Manage Budgets and Resources: Track expenses, coordinate tooling needs, and report on performance vs. budget
• Support Stakeholders: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and internal stakeholders
• Build Rhythm: Create smooth sprint cycles, track timelines, and ensure high-priority tasks get executed first
• Report Clearly: Use simple dashboards, weekly updates, and async check-ins to keep everyone in the loop

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with scraping, dev tooling, or infrastructure projects
