Summary

The ideal candidate has 10-12 years of experience in project management, stakeholder management, and vendor/client relationships.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of hands-on experience in project or program management, stakeholder management, and vendor/client relationships
• A clear understanding of DevSecOps principles and methodologies
• Proven experience in leading and guiding software engineering and DevSecOps teams
• Proven experience in planning, executing, and monitoring complex technical projects
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for the team
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Strong understanding of project scope management, risk identification, and mitigation strategies
• Solid understanding of the technical domain relevant to the project
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent presentation and communication skills are a MUST
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Reporting on KPI and Critical Success Factors (CSFs)
• Scrum Alliance Certifications such as CSM is needed

Responsibilities

• Management of digital program (multiple projects) from inception to delivery phase
• Document activities of the project team, such as project plans, meeting notes, agendas, weekly status reports, etc
• Being able to see the big picture and execute towards the client’s project goals
• Driving decision-making, planning and prioritizing all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP/ACP certification
• Scrum Alliance certifications (Advanced CSM, CPO, Agile Leadership/Coaching)
• Product definition/requirements
