Summary

Join ActiveProspect as a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to drive hiring efforts for our Product and Engineering teams. You will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for roles such as Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and UX Designers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strong talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role involves owning the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer, and leveraging data to optimize hiring processes. You will need 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment. Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently, source strong candidates, and be self directed
  • Proven track record of quickly hiring for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and UX Designers
  • Strong proactive sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, AI, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Talent Intelligence Platforms, and other recruitment technologies (we currently use JazzHR, but are always exploring alternative tools)
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, from sourcing to offer stage
  • Partner closely with our Engineering and Product leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted and effective recruitment strategies
  • Proactively source and engage with passive candidates using LinkedIn, AI, Boolean search, GitHub, and other sourcing tools
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future hiring needs
  • Screen candidates for technical, cultural, and motivational fit, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, while providing prompt guidance and feedback to hiring teams
  • Leverage data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes dedicated to driving down time to fill while also measuring quality of hire
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruiting
