Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
• Solid ability to conduct interviews in English (B2+)
• Hands-on experience with various hiring stages
• Familiarity with IT stacks and the ability to quickly find information with ease
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity in developing comprehensive search strategies for various roles
• Proficient in navigating various job boards, professional online communities, and social media groups
• Writing and presentation skills, ability to put complicated staff in simple words
• Enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and sharing knowledge with colleagues

Responsibilities

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand the position & team needs
• Sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing and selecting talents
• Providing excellent candidate experience
• Analyzing relevant data and trends to improve staffing performance
• Taking part in worldwide analytical researchers (salary benchmarking, remote market studies, etc.)
• Onboarding, Employee Experience support, and more

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Sheet/Form, AI tools, sourcing/scraping tools
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Slack
