Requirements

  • 5+ years of Program Management or Project Management experience where you have successfully managed big programs (or multiple projects)
  • Experience working with software engineers and product managers
  • Proficient in program/project management tools (e.g. Gantt charts, spreadsheets, JIRA, Confluence, presentations, etc.)
  • The ability to think creatively and use data to solve ambiguous and complex problems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence across multiple levels of the organization comprised of technical and non-technical individuals
  • Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks in an ever-changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the Khanmigo related product initiative across multiple product engineering teams
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure roadmaps, dependencies, and risks are visible across the different product teams
  • Track timelines for product launches, pilot rollouts, and district rollouts and ensure product, support, and marketing teams are aligned to timelines
  • Track issues raised from user research, customer success, legal / privacy, and market facing teams, and monitor progress in addressing the issues
  • Collaborate with the Data analytics team to ensure that we have appropriate data instrumentation to be able to track product usage
  • Communicate the progress of the Khanmigo program deliverables to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives that span domains such as Learning Science, Content, Marketing, Philanthropy, US Districts, International, Legal, etc

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant or transferrable experience is preferred (for example: learning science background in edtech, teaching, and tutoring; other development of AI-powered experiences through feedback, testing, and data)
