Summary

Join Blend, a leading AI services provider, as a Technology Project Manager for a Fortune 100 financial services client. This client-facing role requires ensuring seamless alignment across the organization, vendors, and stakeholders. You will oversee vendor delivery, manage expectations, and collaborate with various teams. Requirements

  • Computer Science or Equivalent Engineering Graduate Degree
  • 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 6 years as a Technical Lead or Project Manager, with hands-on technical experience
  • Proficiency and certification in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Strong understanding and experience in program/ project management and software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Software Release Management and deployment experience
  • Working knowledge of J2EE framework, REST/API framework, Cloud infra, micro services and distributed architecture, Digital Channel development (mobile/web)
  • Large enterprise technology solution delivery experience
  • Payment domain experience including but not limited to money movement, dispute/pre-dispute, installments, workflow orchestration, core banking, etc. for consumer, small business and commercial clients
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Experience demonstrating strong leadership, resource management, self-motivation, accountability, and team player
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate with technical teams

Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful delivery of client technical implementations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Operate independently as technical lead for projects of any size and manage one or more projects simultaneously
  • Work with stakeholders to develop, track, and coordinate project milestones and deliverables
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, the vendor project team, and internal teams to define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop and implement robust technical project governance and risk management frameworks
  • Oversee project deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals and best practices
  • Facilitate technical discussions, problem-solving, and decision-making as needed
  • Liaise among multiple internal teams and vendor teams to provide unified client experience
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change management processes
  • Ensure that all changes are documented and communicated to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with vendors or third-party service providers as required
  • Manage contracts and SOWs and ensure timely delivery of external dependencies
  • Monitor and track monthly time utilization of vendor resources
