Technical Research Associate

This role blends QA and data analysis, requiring adaptability and the ability to learn new software. You will collaborate on various use cases, analyze AI performance, provide improvement feedback, and create and execute prompts. Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Execute different Use Cases collecting Data in support of AI engine
• Conduct Data Analysis on how the AI performs comparatively to User data
• Provide feedback on how to improve the AI
• Create and Execute Prompts
• Learn new software programs on the job
• Providing supporting documentation when the AI fails

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred prior work experience or college studies in AI
• Spreadsheets (eg, Excel, Google Sheets)
• Email/calendar (eg Outlook, Gmail)
• Project management (eg, JIRA, Asana)
