Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within IT services, B2B enterprise solutions, or SaaS-based environments
  • Strong technical understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Power Platform, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Experience conducting product demos, technical presentations, and pre-sales consulting for enterprise clients
  • Ability to develop customized solution architectures and translate complex requirements into clear business proposals
  • Skilled in drafting technical documentation, including SOWs, solution outlines, and implementation plans
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and target-oriented with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field; Microsoft certifications are a plus
  • This role will be primarily focused on clients in the North American and European markets and will be fully remote

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure
  • Conduct pre-sales activities, including technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs), to showcase Microsoft SharePoint, Forms and Microsoft 365 solutions to prospective clients
  • Engage with customers to understand business requirements and engineer tailored solutions that align with their needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to translate customer requirements into effective product and service offerings
  • Prepare and present detailed technical proposals, pricing models, and Statements of Work (SOW) for client engagements
  • Manage existing accounts and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and service optimization
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and Microsoft product updates to ensure high-value client consultations
  • Support marketing initiatives by participating in webinars, conferences, and events to promote company offerings
