Technical Sales Engineer

Summary

Join GraphAware as a Technical Sales Engineer and become a top expert on our flagship product, GraphAware Hume. You will be part of the pre-sales and sales team, showcasing Hume's capabilities to potential and existing customers. This role involves designing and prototyping customer solutions, working closely with product, data science, and engineering teams, and providing technical support during the sales process. You will implement solutions within Hume for client projects and ensure their success. Requirements

• 3+ years of software development / data science / technical implementation experience
• Strong data analysis or data science experience
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python or Java
• Understanding of semantic and/or graph technologies
• Experience with scripting languages and Linux
• Experience in customer facing environments
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Show potential and existing customers how GraphAware Hume solves their data analysis challenges
• Interact closely with the product, data science and engineering teams to stay up to date with the platform’s rapid advancement
• Design and prototype customer solutions
• Bring customer feedback back to the team
• Cover the technical parts of the sales process with sales executives
• Implement required solutions within Hume on clients’ projects
• Ensure clients achieve success with implemented solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain expertise in Law Enforcement, Intelligence, Finance, or Life Sciences
• Knowledge of key Graph database concepts
• Knowledge of basic Cypher query language elements and Neo4j
• Understanding the full stack application development including DevOps
• Knowledge of Docker
• Interest in intelligence analysis, law enforcement and similar
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Proactivity and drive, coming up with new ideas
• ���Can-do” and “Get-it-done” attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good understanding of different communication styles and cultural differences
• Preference for informal work environment
