Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or related field
- 10+ years of sales and/or business development experience in specialty chemicals industry
- Experience working with silane products
- Proven track record in CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers) markets
- Extensive customer network in relevant industries
- Fluent English required
- Willingness to travel up to 10+ days per month
- Experience managing relationships with 50+ end customers
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives within the US market
- Develop market and sales strategies to enhance customer base
- Drive sales of specialty silane products across rubber processing, composite materials, adhesives, coatings, and related industries
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships throughout USA
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with technical support team to provide comprehensive customer solutions
- Manage distributor relationships and develop cooperation strategies
