Technical Seo Lead

Summary

You will work closely with software engineers and content creators to drive organic growth, leveraging your expertise in keyword research, link building, and site audits. This role requires experience in scaling SEO to millions of users and achieving top search rankings for highly competitive keywords. You will be responsible for reporting on SEO performance and collaborating with engineers to create optimized pages and mini-tools. Requirements

• Experience achieving top rankings for dozens, ideally hundreds, of highly competitive keywords
• Experience scaling SEO to millions of users per month
• Deep knowledge of SEO, keyword research, linking, and site audits
• Rigorous reporting ability
• Product sense for creating excellent user-focused pages
• Experience working with software engineers to create programmatic pages and mini-tools
• Programming and data skills (Python and SQL)
• Knowledge of LLMs and experience using them in previous work

• Lead the SEO mission for ElevenLabs
• Work with SEO-focused software engineers
• Direct content creation efforts
• Perform hands-on technical SEO work
• Collaborate with software engineers to create programmatic pages and mini-tools
• Report on SEO performance clearly and without bias
• Create excellent pages that meet user needs
