Join Pacaso's Marketing team as the Online Content and SEO Lead, where you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's website content and organic search performance. You will lead website content updates, implement SEO best practices, analyze site performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital experience. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in website content management, digital marketing, or a related field, proficiency in CMS platforms, and a strong understanding of SEO principles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be comfortable working in a collaborative environment. Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in website content management, digital marketing, or a related role
- Proficiency in managing content via CMS platforms (experience with Contently, Builder.io, WordPress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content and site structure optimization
- Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Heap (or similar) to track and report on key performance metrics
- Possesses excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, as well as, has a strong eye for detail
- Collaborative and comfortable working across teams, including marketing, creative, and tech stakeholders
- Strong creative writing skills
- Is proactive, self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Manage, create, and maintain Pacasoβs website, including offers, events, and landing pages, ensuring updates align with our brand and marketing strategy while delivering a seamless user experience
- Ensure website updates align with our brand and marketing strategy while delivering a seamless user experience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive and implement SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, alignment with marketing campaigns, and drive performance
- Monitor and analyze site performance and user engagement using tools like Google Analytics and Heap
- Partner with SEO consultants and internal stakeholders to implement best practices in content optimization and technical SEO
- Provide insights based on data to inform content decisions and overall website strategy
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring optimal performance and uptime
