Join Fella & Delilah as their SEO Lead and pioneer an AI-enhanced SEO strategy to drive exponential organic growth for their brands, Fella and Delilah. You will take full ownership of the SEO function, leveraging AI tools and automation to optimize across technical audits, content creation, and link building. You'll build and lead a future-ready SEO team, hiring and developing specialists. This is a full-time, fully remote role requiring a unique blend of traditional SEO mastery and AI expertise. You will be a key driver of organic growth, responsible for building an SEO engine that leverages human creativity and AI capabilities. Requirements

• Technical SEO mastery: 5+ years of comprehensive SEO experience with exceptional technical knowledge. Proven track record of implementing complex technical SEO strategies at scale
• AI and automation expertise: Deep understanding of AI applications in SEO. Experience leveraging AI tools for technical audits, content optimization, and link building. Ability to identify and implement emerging AI technologies effectively
• Strategic leadership: Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing SEO teams. Strong vision for blending traditional SEO expertise with AI innovation
• Data and analytics proficiency: Expert in advanced analytics, data visualization, and machine learning applications. Ability to extract actionable insights and measure ROI across all SEO initiatives
• Cross-functional impact: Track record of successfully collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Content teams

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive search visibility strategy
• Conduct platform-specific analysis across Google, Reddit, and YouTube
• Prioritize Google and Reddit optimization initially
• Create tailored content and optimization strategies for each platform
• Develop cross-platform measurement framework
• Develop AI-enhanced content strategy
• Use AI tools for advanced keyword research and topic clustering
• Create scalable content frameworks that blend AI efficiency with human expertise
• Implement AI-powered content optimization and real-time testing
• Establish clear metrics for measuring content performance and ROI
• Build innovative link acquisition strategy
• Deploy AI tools for competitor analysis and opportunity identification
• Develop automated outreach systems while maintaining authentic relationships
• Create scalable digital PR approaches leveraging AI for targeting and personalization
• Track and optimize link quality and relevance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• AI development: Experience training machine learning models or developing AI applications for SEO. Understanding of large language models and their applications
• Healthcare/wellness experience: Background driving organic growth in health, wellness, or medical industries. Understanding of compliance requirements and best practices
• International SEO: Experience optimizing sites for multiple markets and languages. Understanding of international SEO best practices
• Product mindset: Understanding of product development and user experience principles. Ability to align SEO strategies with product goals
• Startup experience: Track record of building SEO functions from scratch in high-growth environments. Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
