Technical Solutions Specialist, Remote - United States

Summary

The job description is for a Technical Solutions Specialist at StackAdapt, a remote-first company specializing in multi-channel advertising. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, creating custom JavaScript snippets, and working closely with various teams. The candidate should have experience in technical support, software engineering, and digital advertising.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support, product support, and/or software engineering capacity
• Basic to intermediate Javascript experience is required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Creating and debugging custom javascript snippets for clients
• Troubleshooting simple to complex system setups across various platforms
• Helping guide users and clients with the technical intricacies of our platform
• Identifying root causes of technical issues and addressing potentially complex technical problems/questions and querying databases and monitoring systems, including SQL and/or Elasticsearch
• Taking ownership of escalations and highly technical problem solving
• Working with clients to help solve their technical issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and CMS systems (WordPress, Shopify, Hubspot) is a plus
• Basic to intermediate knowledge/experience in Digital Advertising is a plus
• Experience with GraphQL is a plus
