Technical Sourcer

Summary

Join Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, as a Technical Sourcer and play a key role in our Talent Acquisition team. You will own the candidate pipeline for various roles globally, employing exceptional sourcing methods and ensuring a great candidate experience. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop tech talent sourcing strategies, drive the end-to-end recruitment process, and independently source talent through various tools and job boards. You will also drive process improvement, manage Binance's IT recruitment platform, create content for paid recruiting channels, and conduct market research. Research and propose new channels to attract top talent. This dynamic role offers the chance to shape the future of blockchain and collaborate with world-class talent.

Requirements

• Experience in a direct sourcing/candidate research role either with an executive search firm, recruitment agency, RPO, or in-house recruiting team
• Experience in tech candidates sourcing, especially for the engineers of front end, back end, QA, devOps, big data and etc
• Experience with major recruiting tools and job boards/tech communities like LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, StackOverflow, Glassdoor, AngelList
• The ideal candidate should have strong data analytical and problem solving skills, as well as the adaptability to surface top talents

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to formulate tech talent sourcing strategies - this includes target tech company mapping, connecting with the industry’s top talent
• Drive Binance’s end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on market research and talent mapping
• Independently source talent via recruiting tools and job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, Glassdoor, AngelList
• Drive process improvement and the management of Lever, Binance’s IT recruitment platform
• Content creation and management of Binance’s paid recruiting channels
• Conduct market research for global markets that Binance currently operates in, or plans to enter (Asia, EU, Middle Eastern regions)
• Research and propose new channels and trends to attract top talents

Preferred Qualifications

• Sourcing experience in blockchain/web3 technology is a preference
• Sourcing experience in blockchain/Web3 technology is a plus
• Familiarity with Web3 job portals is highly desirable
