Summary

Requirements

  • Proven success sourcing for technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startup experience a plus)
  • Expertise in sourcing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Github, Boolean/X-ray search)
  • Strong research skills and a data-informed mindset
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Collaborative spirit with strong communication skills
  • A bias for action, ownership, and delivering results

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team goals
  • Own sourcing strategy and execution for technical and non-technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design, GTM)
  • Build and manage strong pipelines of high-caliber candidates using advanced search techniques and tools
  • Proactively identify market trends, talent pools, and competitive intel to inform search strategies
  • Represent the EvenUp brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in all candidate interactions
  • Track pipeline data, outreach metrics, and sourcing performance to drive continuous improvement
