Summary

The Technical Sourcer role at CSV Now involves collaborating with hiring managers to determine job duties, sourcing technical talent, developing and executing sourcing strategies, reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of technical recruiting or sourcing experience, a bachelor's degree, hands-on experience recruiting/sourcing for all levels, knowledge & experience with applicant tracking systems, fundamental sourcing skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements

• 2+ years of technical recruiting or technical sourcing experience
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Hands-on experience recruiting/sourcing for all levels ranging from new grads to staff
• Knowledge & experience with applicant tracking systems
• Fundamental sourcing skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to determine/understand key job duties, position profiles, and business requirements
• Identify and source technical talent
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens with qualified applicants
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule manager phone and onsite interviews
