Requirements

• Previous IT experience (minimum of 2 years)
• Technical knowledge (operating system installation, network management, secure data wiping, etc.)
• Technical support skills (experience in providing technical support to end users)
• Good communication skills
• Customer-oriented
• Autonomy and proactivity
• Availability (willingness to respond to technical emergencies outside of working hours if necessary)
• Must reside in Australia
• Hold Permanent residency (PR) or the right to work in Australia without requiring employer sponsorship
