Remote Technical Support Representative

• Ability to keep up with a fast-moving team that's constantly building new products and features
• Customer success experience
• Someone really technical-minded who can dive in and learn a product inside + out!
• Ability to record Loom videos demonstrating product issues / usability problems, along with presenting solutions
• SaaS or SEO background a huge plus!
• Someone looking for a fast-paced startup culture to grow in
• Fluent in written + verbal English

Responsibilities

• Attend daily SCRUMS
• Test specific product categories within the dashboard and report on usability issues, bugs, workflow problems, and more
• Communicate with clients on live chat/our virtual office to help solve problems and answer questions
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Lead product demos + customer onboarding calls with clients
• Discuss product issues with the team
• Adapt to the role as needed
