Summary

We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to provide technical support for our cutting-edge Neurolutions IpsiHand device, collaborate with internal teams, and communicate effectively with customers. This role requires 2+ years of customer support experience in medical devices with both hardware and software components.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a medical device that includes both hardware and software components
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to quickly learn new skill sets and execute seamlessly
  • Experience working with a web interface to access information from a database

Responsibilities

  • Become familiar with the IpsiHand system and common customer issues
  • Provide seamless and convenient device support to customers using our IpsiHand System
  • Interact with customers in a professional, supportive, and patient manner
  • Help customers with basic tech support issues. Escalate issues as necessary
  • Provide effective communication of plan if tech support requires escalation
  • Provide ongoing customer support communication on all escalated issues
