Requirements
- Have 1+ year of experience in a Technical Support position in an IT company working directly with B2B customers
- Possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others
- Be fluent in English with excellent grammar and writing skills
- Have flexibility in work hours to accommodate the US market
- Have experience working with Google Chrome βDeveloper toolsβ
Preferred Qualifications
- Have basic knowledge of Jira and Kibana
- Have experience working with integration platforms (e.g., Zapier\MS Flow) and CRMs (Salesforce\NetSuite)
- Have a basic understanding of HTTP requests and responses structure
- Have a basic understanding of how APIs work
