Technical Talent Sourcer

Summary

Join Headway's Talent team as a Tech Contract Sourcer and play a critical role in identifying exceptional talent for our rapidly expanding technology teams. You will leverage tools like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter to source qualified candidates across various locations. This position involves coordinating initial phone screens and supporting the Talent team. This is a mission-critical role as we strive to meet ambitious growth objectives. The role offers an hourly rate of $55.00 and the opportunity to contribute to a company with a significant mission in mental healthcare. Headway employees work remotely across the US, with the option to work from offices in New York City and San Francisco.

Requirements

• Have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Have experience sourcing for a variety of technical roles (i.e. SWE, Product, Data, Design) at a fast-paced, high-growth company
• Have meticulous attention to detail and can operate successfully in a quota-driven performance environment

Responsibilities

• Source top talent for tech roles across various recruiting platforms, adhering to metrics-based targets
• Coordinate initial virtual interviews for Headway hiring stakeholders
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem and Greenhouse to build high-quality top of funnel for high priority roles
