Technical Training & Program Specialist

Summary

Join our team as a Technical Training & Program Specialist to deliver high-quality technical learning experiences. You will deliver engaging virtual training sessions on tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and more, collaborate with business partners to assess training needs, update training materials, and support knowledge-sharing. This role also involves program management support, such as taking meeting notes and tracking action items, and SharePoint development. You will need to manage virtual training via Microsoft Teams independently. The position requires technical training experience, comfort working independently, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Teams & SharePoint. This is a fast-paced role supporting a key client.

Requirements

• Technical training experience with a strong presence and ability to engage virtual audiences professionally
• Comfort working independently while managing multiple projects
• Strong organizational skills to track next steps and follow through on action items
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams & SharePoint (experience designing SharePoint sites is a plus)
• Located in India with the ability to work US business hours

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions on tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Copilot, and Andromeda (client will provide Train-the-Trainer support)
• Collaborate with business partners to assess training needs, discuss program requirements, and provide expert recommendations
• Update training materials, edit recordings, and support knowledge-sharing through internal communication channels and social platforms
• Take meeting notes, track action items, and support initiatives as a Project Captain for key programs
• Design, create, and maintain SharePoint-based sites to support various stakeholders
• Deliver training via Microsoft Teams without dedicated producer support, ensuring seamless execution
