Requirements
- Excellent written skills in English
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical-writing specifics (punctuation, formatting, stylistic and political correctness, etc.)

- Willingness to take responsibility, result-oriented mindset
- Keen eye for details
- Well-developed soft skills and ability to work in a team
Responsibilities
- Revise and enhance existing documentation in our Knowledge Base and internal guidebook
- Develop new instructions and documents by gathering information from developers
- Review and refine documents supplied by developers and support teams
- Monitor updates in trading venue protocols and inform the relevant teams
- Offer technical insights for the marketing team
- Produce written content and materials in English
