Responsibilities

• Revise and enhance existing documentation in our Knowledge Base and internal guidebook
• Develop new instructions and documents by gathering information from developers
• Review and refine documents supplied by developers and support teams
• Monitor updates in trading venue protocols and inform the relevant teams
• Offer technical insights for the marketing team
• Produce written content and materials in English
