Technical Writer

Join our team as an experienced Technical Writer to create, maintain, and improve documentation for our Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineers and product managers to produce clear and accessible content for both technical and non-technical users. Your work will involve documenting cloud architecture, deployment processes, APIs, and best practices. Requirements

• +4 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a cloud or software-focused organization
• English advanced
• Strong understanding of Azure and AWS cloud platforms, including core services like EC2, S3, RDS, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or Adobe FrameMaker

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain clear documentation, including technical guides, API references, and onboarding materials for cloud solutions (Azure, AWS)
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and relevance of content, reflecting updates and new features
• Document cloud deployment strategies, security guidelines, and cloud-native tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, AWS CloudFormation, Terraform)
• Organize and update documentation in platforms like Confluence and GitHub to ensure consistency and clarity
• Create visual aids (diagrams, charts) and assist in developing training materials for both technical and non-technical users

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications is a plus
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools, and cloud monitoring solutions
• Ability to read and understand basic code (e.g., YAML, JSON, Python, or Shell scripting)
• Experience writing for security, compliance, or governance in cloud environments
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes
