Requirements

  • +4 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a cloud or software-focused organization
  • English advanced
  • Strong understanding of Azure and AWS cloud platforms, including core services like EC2, S3, RDS, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage
  • Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or Adobe FrameMaker

Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain clear documentation, including technical guides, API references, and onboarding materials for cloud solutions (Azure, AWS)
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and relevance of content, reflecting updates and new features
  • Document cloud deployment strategies, security guidelines, and cloud-native tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, AWS CloudFormation, Terraform)
  • Organize and update documentation in platforms like Confluence and GitHub to ensure consistency and clarity
  • Create visual aids (diagrams, charts) and assist in developing training materials for both technical and non-technical users

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications is a plus
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools, and cloud monitoring solutions
  • Ability to read and understand basic code (e.g., YAML, JSON, Python, or Shell scripting)
  • Experience writing for security, compliance, or governance in cloud environments
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes
