Requirements

• Strong technical writing skills in English
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Familiarity with technical writing tools such as Microsoft Office, Markdown, LateX, web applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical concepts
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (physics, IT) or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Generate, update and maintain user manuals and technical documentation for internal and external use, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather the necessary technical information and ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate
• Understand and translate technical information into clear, concise, easy-to-understand documentation
• Create technical documents and manuals in formats suitable for publication, including but not limited to PDF, HTML, and online help systems
• Ensure that all documents are compliant with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations and industry standards
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of technical documentation, making recommendations for improvements as needed
