Summary

You will be responsible for developing various technical and user guides, including online help content, user guides, and more. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and engineers to create these deliverables. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of relevant experience are required. Requirements
- Bachelorโs Degree in a related discipline, or combination of education and equivalent work experience
- 3+ years related experience performing technical writing/editing
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Excellent interviewing skills
- Customer-driven attitude and demeanor
- Proficiency and knowledge of working with various types of systems and system interfaces
- Ability to quickly synthesize new technology and present it in a simple, meaningful manner
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Able to work in a team environment with all levels of personnel
- Proficient in Help authoring tools (MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, ClickHelp, etc.)
- Proficient in standard Windows-based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with source control solutions (MadCap Central, Perforce, SourceSafe)
- Experience with collaboration software (Confluence by Atlassian)
- Proficient in screen-capture technology (SnagIt, MadCap Capture, Snipping Tool)
- Experience with a flowcharts or diagrams tool (Lucidchart, Visio)
Responsibilities
- Exhibits proficiency in writing and/or editing technical documents, user instructions, data flow diagrams, proposals, and release communications
- Plans, develops, organizes, writes, and edits content for online Help, product guides, job aids, implementation guides, release notes, and web content for internal and external customers
- Researches and gathers technical and background information for inclusion in product documentation
- Participates in product development and reviews to ensure GHX software products are easy to use
- Conducts needs analysis with internal stakeholders to identify teamsโ needs
- Works with technical staff to develop documentation requirements
- Supports translation process for education deliverables, as requested
- Ability to contribute different thoughts, ideas and viewpoints that lead to greater innovation on projects and cross-functional collaborative efforts
- Ability to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications
- ECommerce or web-based application experience
- Healthcare industry, supply chain, or purchasing experience
- Language translation knowledge (for example, English to German)
