Technical Writer

Summary

We are seeking a Technical Content Writer with a strong background in technical writing and understanding of technology concepts to create high-quality technical content for our target audience. This role is contributing to the Pre-sales/Proposal Management team and will require content creation for RFP/Bids/Proposals/tenders. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, proven experience as a technical writer, excellent writing skills, strong research skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as a technical writer, content writer, or in a related role, with a strong portfolio of technical content

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit technical content that educates and informs our audience about complex technical topics, products, and services
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and other team members to gather information and ensure accuracy and relevance of content
• Develop content strategies to address the needs and interests of our target audience and drive engagement and brand awareness
• Create compelling headlines, titles, and calls-to-action that capture the reader's attention and encourage them to engage with the content
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical writing and content marketing
• Manage content calendars, deadlines, and priorities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and style standards
• Analyze content performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize content strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Strong preference for candidates who can work during US EST Time Zone Highly Preferable (7 PM- 4 AM) or Option also available (4 PM- 1 AM)
