Summary

Join Sprinto, a leading platform automating information security compliance, as a Technical Writer. You will create clear and concise guides for customers, partners, and developers, translating complex information into easily understood content. Collaborate with writers and internal teams to develop content for our ecosystem, including knowledge base articles, how-to guides, promotional materials, and troubleshooting resources. This role requires excellent writing skills, the ability to simplify complex topics, and strong research capabilities. • Willing to learn technical concepts and write about them
• Excellent writing skills and a very high bar for quality and detail
• Able to break down complex topics into simple and engaging content
• Adept at research and can independently derive insights on topics
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills
• Operates with high agency and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives
• Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change in the fast-paced SaaS industry

Responsibilities

• Build a world-class knowledge base to help our customers achieve their goals with Sprinto. Create how-to guides, onboarding resources, and more
• Help develop various forms of promotional content including release notes, emails, and feature articles to keep our customers informed about the latest features
• Design help articles and troubleshooting guides to help users fix any issues with ease
• Work with the broader team to craft high quality white papers and thought leadership materials that position us as a leader in the industry
