Requirements

• You have 3+ years of experience in technical writing and/or total technical experience
• You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Generate technical, educational, and promotional content in the form of blogs, documentation, and social media posts
• Build expertise in Solana infrastructure implementations and ecosystem technical trends
• Use code samples, demos, and sample applications to showcase the capabilities of our platform and assist developers in their integration efforts
• Explain complex topics in a way that’s practical to the intended audience
• Collaborate and partner with the product, developer relations, and growth teams to create enterprise-grade technical documentation and blog posts
• Synthesize various internal and external resources to develop a clear strategy for the intended content
• Continuously update and improve existing documentation based on user feedback, platform updates, and industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a developer or working with APIs
• Experience creating educational content in the Web3 ecosystem
• Experience working at a SaaS company and delivering on product use-cases for customers
• Coding knowledge, preferably Rust or Go
