Responsibilities

• Dissect the renovation process to understand the key data points to collect across each unique project to build a predictive model to estimate jobs instantaneously
• Design and develop a matching algorithm by using the predictive estimating technology to pair clients with a full suite of subcontractors based on figure cost and schedules
• Integrate with existing project management software (e.g., BuilderTrend)
• Assisting other departments in using technology effectively
• Monitoring web analytics and making recommendations that align with the company’s goals
• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Develop and maintain clean, well-documented, and efficient code for both the front-end and back-end of our applications
• Design and implement user interfaces that are user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing
• Develop and maintain APIs that are secure, scalable, and well-documented
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
