Requirements
- Have Telecom Project Coordination experience
- Work full-time out of our Van Nuys headquarters
- Be able to easily learn and use new software programs
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Be able to manage multiple priorities and resources in a dynamic environment across various sites, and organize complex information
- Possess initiative with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess strong analytical and decision making skills
- Possess strong verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal, organization and planning skills
- Be able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Possess excellent MS Office skills
- Display great attention to detail
- Be comfortable making presentations and facilitating meetings
Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact and management for multiple client orders
- Manage on-going client interaction, timeline and critical task management
- Coordinate across multiple groups and resources and resolve order related issues
- Interface with sales agents and other staff members
- Be accountable for their client's overall customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely project completion, issue identification/resolution, and customer delivery
- Ensure clients clearly understand the status of the project throughout all phases; including outstanding, pending and completed tasks
- Meet the highest standards and minimize the customers attrition rate
- Provide remote support for all customers inquiries and tickets
- Perform daily project tracking including resource management, equipment tracking and workflow supervision of multiple projects
- Collect and record documentation including customer set-up documents and implementation related information
- Create and execute project work plans and revise when appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Summarize progress of project and prepare interim and project completion reports
- Facilitate efficient and effective internal team and external customer meetings
