Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a technical project manager
  • Ideally in telecom or digital services
  • Fluent in French and English , both written and spoken
  • Strong technical understanding of : APIs, XML, JSON, databases
  • Network/connectivity topics (VPN, IP whitelisting, etc.)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project) and frameworks (PMP, Scrum, Agile)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and autonomous
  • Comfortable in multicultural and remote working environments
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Great interpersonal skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
  • Define project roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and manage delivery in coordination with stakeholders
  • Ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions in collaboration with developers and architects
  • Write and maintain functional and technical documentation, including API specs and integration guidelines
  • Lead project planning, monitor progress, and report on key milestones
  • Organize and facilitate meetings to review progress, manage risks, and address blockers
  • Conduct end-to-end testing and validate deliverables (including log analysis and cross-platform checks)
  • Apply internal project management methodologies, tools, and reporting standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data tools like Kibana , Tableau , or Looker
  • Knowledge of mobile protocols (SMS, USSD, WAP, SMPP) and mobile payment systems
